Amtelco IS Scripting Sessions
In addition to our normal Tuesday afternoon office hours, we're adding a new ongoing structured training program called Scripting Sessions. The goal is to offer ongoing Amtelco Intelligent Series training instead of waiting for quarterly or annual sessions from industry sources that repeat the same stuff over and over again.
The new Call Theory Scripting Sessions are included for customers on the Technical Support plan (previously called "Level Up") and those that have a Managed Services contract with us.
- Weekly IT/Technical Office Hours: Tuesdays, 3pm - 5pm Eastern
- Weekly Amtelco IS Scripting Sessions: Thursdays, 12pm - 2pm Eastern
