  • Orbital AX is live (to almost no-fanfare.) I'll have another follow up email when I'm not on my way out the door.
  • Scripting Sessions is officially Voice Sessions, where we learn how to work with voice agent tools and platforms
  • Office Hours and Voice Sessions are cancelled this week because we're in beautiful Grand Rapids, MI running Call Center Village at GrrCON
  • You can now track Office Hours/Voice Sessions more easily at https://learn.calltheory.com/upcoming
  • We will be automating a reminder to those subscribed; but the post itself will be Email-Only, meaning you'll need to use the link above for status moving forward if you're not a subscriber or customer.
  • We are begrudgingly now part of the Apple Developer Program, verified under Microsoft Code Signing, and verified with the Anthropic Cyber-Verification Program.
  • The Call Theory Customer Portal has been updated:
    • Login with Microsoft, LinkedIn, Github, Google, or Email/Password
    • Pointed Commentary: LinkedIn is not a professional site. Stop using it. Or at least acknowledge your employees use it for games.
    • Fixed slow-loading Appointment Scheduling
    • Video training for IS Scripting is now more robust/reliable
    • Orbital AX documentation is live
    • Mission Control documentation has been updated
    • Search across all or selected documentation
    • Light Mode/Dark Mode (now with toggle override) support across the application
    • Newsletter integration so you can subscribe/unsubscribe directly from your profile page
    • Note: We're automating the reminder emails and providing the aforementioned learn.calltheory.com/upcoming page for you to better keep track of week-to-week changes.
  • Mission Control has been updated:
    • Anthropic Fable 5 security review (complete)
    • Hired a (human) 3rd-party pen-test (in progress)
    • Complete UI update (underlying library) from custom to FilamentPHP
    • SSO account enforcement when linked to a provider
    • Account filters for DID Limit and number of Sources
    • New utility: Azure token expiration monitor and alerting
    • WCTP for Bandwidth.com and Twilio
    • Faxing improvements to handle multi-server failover automatically
    • Permissions system overhaul for customized permissions
    • Observability and tracing added via Sentry/GlitchTip and Grafana Tempo (Open Telemetry)

I'm literally walking out the door at this moment. More updates on Orbital specifically once I get settled-in at GrrCON!
