Office Hours & Scripting Sessions - March 2026
We've got a few cancellations for our normal Office Hours and Scripting Sessions training schedule this month due to upcoming conferences and prior commitments.
Jay and I will be attending CypherCon and BSides Milwaukee at the end of the month for Call Center Village, launching our multi-tenant agent exchange (AX) formerly known as ToneDef. We're also cancelling the week of St. Patrick's Day for unrelated prior commitments.
